A subtle blend of exotic dishes each one focused on authenticity, presentation and quality.
Our Indonesian chef has been serving authentic Indonesian dishes and complete meals in Amsterdam since 1987. Passion, enthusiasm and a love of cooking has turned this originally one-man business into a sizeable enterprise. Old recipes are inspirationally combined with rediscovered ingredients.
